I cannot wholly agree with you about the book pulling double duty, as it really hints at elements within the Midgard Campaign Setting, but that I think is incentive enough.

The review was a pleasure to write and I am grateful for Open Design being kind enough to provide me with a copy.pookiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09521454715536568847noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-995220052347472921.post-86943471276865666342011-08-14T22:57:56.068+01:002011-08-14T22:57:56.068+01:00Thank you for the detailed and thorough review of ...Thank you for the detailed and thorough review of the Bestiary. As an AGE GM myself, the book really was a labor of love, and I hope that comes through in the final product.

I think the book pulls double duty as both a monster book and as an introduction to the world of Midgard for players and game masters who are less familiar with all the great material created to date by Open Design. Enterprising GMs should be able to use many of the monsters in their Dragon Age campaigns with a little work, but hopefully it gives some an incentive to see what Midgard has to offer.

Thanks again for the wonderful review.

- JoshAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
